Dear Friends and Supporters ,
We wanted to share with you the great work Aaron Calafato, one of our co-founder’s is working on… He is an actor, writer, storyteller and recent recipient of a 2012 Emerging Artist Grant from the Puffin Foundation. We are writing to discuss an opportunity to collaborate and exhibit a special event performance(s) at your University or College in the coming future.

Aaron Calafato has written, conceived, and is currently performing a new solo-play entitled FOR PROFIT as seen in :The Chronicle , Campus ProgressRT-AmericaNPR(NPR) MPBNNPR (WYSO),  WEWS ABC Channel 5 , Portland Press Herald The Fiscal TimesTheHill and Washington Monthly

FOR PROFIT is a vibrant portrayal of “the exploitation of the American student, through the lens of an unwilling admission adviser at a For Profit institution”.

“For Profit” previewed in Cleveland, Ohio and made its New York City premiere at the Seeing Place Theater March 2012. It’s currently being Presented by us, Student Debt Crisis and performing on a multi-city tour with featured stagings October 2nd 2012 at the University of Maine (Orono) through March 2, 2013 at The Association of Practical and Professional Ethics Annual Conference in San Antonio.

“The play blends theatrical techniques of storytelling and acting, in the tradition of the late monologist Spalding Gray”-The Chronicle of Education. This is a great opportunity to collaborate and host a performance that articulates relevant, timely, and engaging subject matter in highly entertaining and educational format.
